Questions

How the calculator works.

How accurate is this?

It's an estimate built from your own figures: what your team costs, the hours each chore takes and the share of that work automation typically handles once it's live. We show a low to high range rather than a single promise. An audit replaces the estimates with measured hours from your business.

Why 46 weeks rather than 52?

Your team is paid for 52 weeks but works fewer once holidays, bank holidays and sickness are taken off. Spreading the cost over the hours actually worked gives a truer cost of an hour, and counting savings over the same weeks keeps the result honest.

Where do the automation rates come from?

From the share of each chore that can be fully handled by automation, less the time people spend reviewing exceptions and signing off. Structured work like moving data between systems scores highest; work that needs judgement, like approvals, scores lower.

What is cash released?

When reminders go out on time, every time, invoices get paid sooner. The money that would have been sitting in unpaid invoices lands in your bank instead. It's a one-off improvement to cash flow, so we show it separately from the yearly saving.
