Why we exist
Most growing businesses don't have an automation problem. They have an admin problem: skilled people spending hours every week chasing, retyping, checking and rebuilding reports. It's invisible on the P&L, so it rarely gets fixed. Usually the answer is “hire another administrator”.
Automation agencies often sell technology first, with vague outcomes. We work the other way round. We find the two or three problems costing you the most, put a £ figure on them, fix them properly with proven layers, and prove the saving.
