This notice explains how AdminArc (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use adminarc.com, book a call or use our services. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact: hello@adminarc.com.
What we collect
- Details you give us when booking a call: name, work email, company, role, phone number, company size, and anything you tell us about your admin.
- Details you give us in the admin cost calculator if you ask us to email your result: name, email, company and the figures you entered.
- Emails and messages you send us.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site securely, such as IP address and browser type in server logs.
How we use it
- To arrange, confirm, remind you about and hold the call you booked (legitimate interests and taking steps at your request before entering a contract).
- To send you the calculator result you asked for, and to follow up about it (legitimate interests).
- To provide services if you become a client (contract).
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run our business, such as our hosting provider and email provider. They process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the contract and legal obligations (normally six years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email hello@adminarc.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
The public website uses no tracking cookies. Our client and admin area uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in.
