A measured way to remove admin
Diagnose, fix, then keep improving. Each step has a clear price and a clear output, so you always know what you're paying for and what you'll get.
Admin Cost Check
Free
30-minute call
- We talk through where admin time goes: chasing, retyping, checking, approvals, reporting.

- You leave with a rough £ figure, whether or not you work with us.
Operations Audit
£1,500, credited in full against a build signed within 30 days
About 2 weeks
- We map the processes behind the problem and measure the baseline: volumes, minutes per task, error rates.
- You get a scorecard listing each problem with its monthly and annual £ cost.
- Ranked recommendations: which layers, in what order, and why.
- A fixed-price proposal and timeline for the first one to three layers.
- Risks, assumptions and the points where people stay in control.
Install layers
£2,500–£6,000 per layer, fixed price
2–6 weeks
- Each layer is configured to your rules and connected to your existing systems.
- We test with real examples before anything goes live.
- Your team is trained, and we support you for 30 days after go-live.
- You see it working before final payment.
Managed monitoring
From £500 a month
Monthly, 30 days' notice
- Health monitoring and error alerts, with fixes included.
- A monthly results report: hours saved, £ saved, exceptions handled.
- Improvement hours and regular reviews to find the next costliest problem.
“You have three problems costing £2,350 a month (£28,200 a year). We recommend installing the Chasing and Data Capture layers for a fixed £7,500. Expected payback: under 5 months.”

Questions
Do we need to change our software?
No. Layers connect to the tools you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, shared inboxes and spreadsheets. Your team keeps working the way they do now, with less manual effort.
Is this AI?
We use whatever is most reliable for the job. That's often simple rules and integrations, with AI used for reading documents where it is accurate enough. Anything uncertain goes to a person.
What if something goes wrong?
Every action is logged, and unusual cases go to an exception queue instead of being guessed. On a managed plan we monitor the layers and fix issues as part of the plan.
How quickly will we see results?
Most single layers go live within two to four weeks of signing. We measure the saving against the baseline recorded during the audit.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Configurations, data and documentation belong to you.
